Every capability, by category

What Cordonate does, in full.

Six groups. Forty-some capabilities. The full surface area of the platform behind Glad You're Here and Más Millas — and any community that meets in person next.

Group A · Live operations

Everything that happens between 06:42 AM and 09:50 AM.

The choreography of an event night — check-in at the door, the live admin view, the raffle, the retention layer that brings people back next Saturday.

QR check-in
Runners scan a QR at the door, fill a public form, done. No app to download, no sign-in.
Real-time admin
Live count and chronological feed. Polls every 5 seconds. Names, emails, phones, timestamps — every check-in is logged.
Raffle
Spinning animation on the screen everyone's looking at. Click-to-exclude with restore chips. One button to re-roll, one to lock the winner. Multi-prize flow for big mornings.
Vendor showcase
Per-session vendors flow into the post-checkin screen and the public recap. Tappable IG cards with handles and a short blurb each.
Birthday capture
Optional month/day captured at first check-in. Stored on the member record so the platform can surface it on the right Saturday.
Milestone tiers
5 / 10 / 25 / 50 run badges by default with a brand-aligned color progression. Tier counts are configurable per club.
Custom retention illustration
A per-club visualization that grows with each member's check-in count. Más Millas chose a cactus; the next club picks something else.
Group B · Auto-generated public reports

Close the session. The recap drafts itself, public and branded.

Every event becomes a polished public page. Attendance, embedded social posts, a branded preview image, and editor controls when you want them.

Auto-drafted reports
Close the check-in session and a draft event report is created automatically — no blank-page work.
Public report URLs
Every report lives at a public, shareable URL: /report/[token]. Send the link, anyone can read it.
Embedded Instagram posts
An automated scraper pulls Instagram posts from a configurable date window. Real engagement metrics on each — likes, comments, shares.
Branded link previews
A custom preview image is generated per event. When someone shares the recap to a group chat or Slack, the link looks like a brand, not a URL.
Editor controls
Pull quotes, partner monograms, attendance breakdown (new vs. returning), drive-album link, image gallery, post exclusion list.
Vendor & partner sections
Per-event “neighborhood vendors” and “our partners” surfaces on the public recap page. Two distinct relationship types.
Member-facing rewards
Visual progress element on the public report page. Designed to bring people back the next Saturday.
Group C · Cross-platform analytics

Instagram, TikTok, and Strava on the same chart.

The metrics that matter for a community that meets in person — including the one no general-purpose community tool has: did your members actually run?

Multi-platform dashboard
Instagram, TikTok, and Strava metrics in one view. Strava is the differentiator — no general-purpose community tool has this.
Post-level engagement data
Automated scraping of IG and TikTok post-by-post: views, likes, comments, shares, saves, hashtags, mentions, video play counts.
Hero KPIs
Cross-platform stats at a glance: followers, views, attendance, growth rate. The numbers you'd want at the top of a board meeting.
Follower chart
IG + TikTok + Strava plotted on one growth curve. See which platform is moving and which is flat.
Attendance trend
Historical attendance, monthly view. Spot the seasons in your club's rhythm.
Growth projection
Forecast 30 / 60 / 90 day growth based on recent trend. Set a goal, watch it land.
Post scoreboard
Top-performing posts ranked across platforms. The carousel that drove last week's signups; the reel that didn't.
Monthly snapshots
Month-over-month deltas captured automatically. End of every month: where did we move?
Group D · Public-facing club identity

Your club has a real website, generated from the same software.

Not just an admin tool. Cordonate gives every club a complete public web presence — branded, installable on phones, growing your audience while you're handing out water cups.

/join landing page
Every club gets a public web presence: hero slideshow, social links, subscribe form. Branded from your club's identity.
Hero slideshow
Image carousel showcasing the club's energy. Editable per session — Saturday's photos go up Monday.
Email subscriber capture
Auto-captured from check-ins, plus a standalone subscribe form on /join. Build a newsletter list passively, without asking anyone twice.
Branded link previews
Every public URL gets a custom preview image. Recap links shared to group chats look like a brand, not a URL.
Open Graph metadata
Title, description, Twitter cards configured per page. Social platforms render your share with the right framing.
Installable on phones
Every club's website is installable as a real app on members' phones. No app store needed; one tap from the share sheet.
Group E · Internal operations hub

The Tuesday afternoon work that makes Saturday morning land.

Calendar, boards, notes, partners CRM, member directory. Where the daily admin work actually lives — between events, not just on event day.

Dashboard home
Tabbed admin homepage. Pulse tab — upcoming tasks, this week's content, active boards, pinned notes. Growth tab — KPIs and charts.
Content calendar
Monthly view of scheduled posts, scope-filterable (club / personal). Multi-creator workflow for clubs with more than one person posting.
Boards
Visual planning surfaces for events, campaigns, merch drops. Add images, paste links, connect content posts, jot ideas.
Notes
Pinned and recent notes. Checklists surface as “upcoming tasks” on the dashboard so nothing slips.
Partners CRM
Contact directory with categories and relationship status (active / prospect / inactive). The Rolodex you wish you'd kept.
Member directory
Unified neighbors page with runners + partners tabs, search, formatted phones. Single source of truth for who's in your community.
Reports manager
List of draft and published recaps. Edit flow, publish/unpublish, delete. The ops page for everything you've ever shared.
Group F · Integrations & ops

What it’s plugged into. What runs underneath.

The infrastructure layer. Sheets sync as the migration path. Strava as the wedge. Branding tools that match every club's identity.

Google Sheets sync
Pull existing attendance from a club's spreadsheet. The migration path for clubs already tracking in Sheets — five minutes, no copy-paste.
Strava integration
Member-level activity tracking. Knows when your members ran on the days they didn't show up — the leading indicator of who's about to fall off.
Automated social scraping
IG and TikTok profile + post scraping with deduplication. The data behind the analytics dashboard runs on its own.
Login + public-page protection
Auth with a public path allowlist for /checkin and /report/*. Public surfaces stay public; admin stays gated.
Error tracking
Structured logs across server, client, and edge. When something breaks, you find it before the next Saturday.
Health checks
A /api/healthz endpoint configured for auto-suspend infrastructure. The site idles when no one is on it; cost stays low.
Image proxy + uploads
In-app image storage and on-the-fly resizing. Photos uploaded to a board show up correctly sized in the recap.
Branded to your club
Colors, fonts, schedule, copy, terminology — all dialed in to your community's identity. The platform adapts to your brand, not the other way around.
Ready when you are

Show us your club. We'll show you your Saturday on Cordonate.

15-minute demo, your spreadsheet on screen, the live admin view next to it. You'll see how the day actually changes.

Pricing is per club, talked through on the call. No surprise enterprise tiers.
